Work events doesn't seem to have a "goal" category

Hey! I'm experiencing a bug that when my Sim goes to work and I follow, the event and goal bar don't appear (picture attached).

This is preventing my development and promotion at work, but at the same time I DON'T know what's going on so I can do anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

    I found it!

    After following rosemow instructions, I went into my mods folder and tested them one by one: mods, cc, everything. Took a couple hours, but the conclusion was that a file inside my custom content folder, called "thepancake1-ColorSlidersUI-MoreColumnsCompatible-v2v-1.115.package" was what was causing the problem. I removed it, reinstalled localthumbcache.package, and the goals came back!

    If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
