To properly test mods doing a 50-50 check you have to delete localthumbcache.package file -every single time- you switch the mods out. Just in case you didn't do that. Saw someone with same issue say it was the XML injector mod causing the issue (as well as a few other outdated mods they had).

Go through your mods list (again) and update all that have been updated -

Remove any mods that are broken but haven't yet been updated.

Make sure you delete the localthumbcache.package file after updating your mods (or removing/adding mods).
