Write songs vs. lyrics

@kassalltimelow I could be wrong here, but it may be possible that your sims also needs to have instrument skills also. In a way, it makes sense. Coming from a muso's perspective, it definitely makes sense. I'll explain. If a person is just a vocalist and that's all they do, they can only provide a vocal melody and nothing more. Okay, maybe they can provide lyrics also, but still - a vocal melody is just one small part of a song. Without other instruments, it's nothing. I'm a singer/songwriter myself and also play guitar and bass, so i know song composition is quite complex. Hope this helps.
Yeah I figured out that it doesn't work on the microphone. So I ended up getting to level 8 on guitar and it started working, thankfully lol
