Writing in cheat menu not visible

Hi,

I’m having trouble using the cheat menu on sims 4 because when I hold ctrl+shift+c the cheat menu pops up but when I type in it all I can see it blocks rather than letters. And I cannot see the white dialogue box underneath when I enter a cheat code. I can’t tell if some of my cheats have worked or not. Please help, thanks.

    @h3dyyy16  What language are you playing in, and if not English, does it help to switch to English and back?  You don't need to keep playing this way; the point is to test.

    Please also let me know what language your computer is using by default.

    You’re right! I accidentally switched the language to Farsi, that’s why it wasn’t working😅 But thank you for the suggestion!
