PlayStation here.

The console is not recognizing that I’m logging in and claiming stuff for the events. And…

Can not claim the free maker packs. Can’t claim on PS, so teen got our PC & tested it and it would not claim on her PC account either so it doesn’t feel like it the consoles issue.

(btw still crashing during saves)
