Re: Connection is Required error

I have seen that others are having this issue, so I was wondering if anyone has found a solution. After downloading the new update on my PS5, it says the EA app authenticator has failed and my EA account won't link to my PS5, even though I have gone to EA, reset the password to my linked account, and did the other suggested fixes. Unfortunatly nothing has worked. Has anyone found a solution yet? Are the developers working on this issue? I have preordered the Enchanted by Nature pack and I will don't want to miss the upcoming event😔.

    I was hoping someone has found a solution here 😭 I’m getting the same error about EA not linking - I click the “reconnect and resume” under sims delivery but that does nothing. Since the update, my camera settings reset everytime I load up, my gallery wiped other people’s things I saved and repopulated every maxis build I deleted…and in the last couple days, some photos I placed went blank and several packs show they’re not installed in worlds/gallery but they’re confirmed installed on my system. Restoring license didn’t help, and I don’t really want to delete everything and reinstall until they give some kind of update. The game is unplayable because I risk losing stuff if I save with the pack issue I’m having. So frustrating.
