Re: City living won’t work ps5

I don't own city living or at least I don't recall purchasing it on my PS5 however sims 4 says that I own it yet PlayStation is very convinced that I never bought it. When I attempt to download it to see if maybe I did buy it last time I had money it gives me an error telling me I can't install it (I'm assuming this is because I don't own it 🤔) I've restored my licenses for sims 4 and restarted my console, as well as checked the manage game content tab to see if it shows there which it doesn't. I'm very confused and I don't know how to fix this can anyone help me with this?
