Re: Island Living missing from PlayStation

I'm having a  issue with the PS4 versionof the Sims on my PS5. The game works in general, all except the Island Living expansion pack. I tried Uninstalling and re download but all the content is showing as locked but it also shows as purchased but gives the error message: "something went wrong " CE-109367-6. Been like this the last 2 days.

    Is it Sims or is it one of the expansion packs? Island living was removed from PS plus, but if it's sims in general try restoring your licences
