Hi! I am so sorry, i forgot to reply! When i checked on the add ons (before i open the game), the DLC/Pack that i'm having trouble with couldn't be installed since apparently i didn't pay for them! But when i opened the app and see the dowbloaded packs, uts said that i already own the psck. I brought the pack some time ago, and i've restarted the app and console, but its still having the same problem
Have you checked to make sure your EA account is linked. I had this same issue after the last update and found that my EA account was unlinked. I believe, you can find it by going to your Settings, click on other and it should be near the bottom left. Hopefully this helps. Sometimes it's as simple as that. If not it may be that you need to contact Playstation.
