Re: [RESOLVED] EA 2FA codes not arriving - July 1, 2026

I tried several attempts to resend the code to the email address I have access to and it won't show up in my inbox. I play sims on PS5 and never been asked this question and it popped up today asking to verify my email and I tried. It still let me play but what happens if I can't verify it because the email don't come through!? :(

Hi there. We are aware of an issue that is causing delays with Two Factor Authentication (2FA) emails. We are working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. Thanks!
