Re: “Press Any Key to Start” Unresponsive to Keyboard (PS5)

Let's try a full power cycle on your console- try shutting down your console by pressing the power button on the front for at least 7 seconds until it beeps and powers off. Wait until the light bar stops flashing before turning it on again.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, let's try an uninstall and reinstall as well. Please keep me posted on how this works for you!

Thanks for checking! Is your mouse and keyboard unresponsive throughout the rest of the game, or are you only seeing this with the keyboard on the start screen?

We're currently tracking a similar issue with mouse and keyboard for console here so I want to be sure this isn't the same issue you're having.

Mouse and keyboard are fine and responsive everywhere else in the game! It’s just on that first “Press Any Key to Start” screen that it won’t accept anything other than a mouse click (:
