Community ManagerIn that case you'll need to go ahead and get in contact with PlayStation support so they can review the transaction history with you and see what's happened with those packs.
I just got off the phone with Playstation and I was told that the DLC's will not transfer from the PS4 to PS5 even though a handful of them did tranfer. I am being told that I now have to repurchase the Sims4 and ALL packs to play. Please tell me this is a joke. This is what Playstation told me.
Same exact issue here. My bf bought me a ps5 for Christmas and I can move everything to this console, but they won't load or register with sims 4. It wants me to repurchase about 3k worth of game content I already bought.
Community ManagerAny purchases you make on your PS4 would transfer over to PS5, as long as you are logging in with the same PSN account that the content was originally purchased on. Have you verified that you haven't purchased some of your DLC on a different PSN account?
It sounds like you're logging into the PS5 under a different PSN ID than the account your packs were purchased on. You'll need to be sure you're logging in with the original PSN account and all your content will transfer over.
