Re: Can’t use gallery - content was created with newer game version error

I have a console I’m a sims 4 player on my ps4 and the new update came out and there was a problem within the update that console players weren’t able to get the new update so I’m wondering on if the issue is being resolved so that all of us console players can get the update. Because I feel like I’m not cared about being a console player we just barely got puzzles and Crosstitch in full color instead of grayscale. I love the sims 4 it’s the only game that I play and I love my game so much that I have bought every single game pack all the kits and stuff packs and every single expansion packs that have came out I just want to have the update for my game and I would love for my game to stop freezing every few minutes and extreme lagging issues and corrupted save files I’m constantly having to restarting my game and legacy files
