Re: Can’t use gallery - content was created with newer game version error

Every time I go to download something from the gallery it saying that I can’t place anything because I need to update the latest version (I play on ps4) however when I check for updates on the system it’s telling me I don’t have any.

and to top it off my saved data from the past couple of days have disappeared. I know I 100% saved it because one day it was working and I was able to pay with the family I made the day before but now it seems to have disappeared. 

what can I do! Please help. I love playing the sims but it’s times like this that make me not want to play it anymore because it’s frustrating when you worked hard or have something in mind.
