Re: Can’t use gallery - content was created with newer game version error

Hello, I'm just wondering if anybody else that is playing The Sims 4 on console, cannot update to the newest version. I'm worried I will not be able to enjoy the free event if I can not update. I also can not save anything to my library or gallery.

    I play on PS5 console and I am having the same issues as you. It literally crashed on me while playing as tried to play. I uninstalled and reinstalling it right now.

    Same on Xbox. I have auto updates and it keeps saying there's nothing there.
