Re: Issues with missing items in sims 4

I restored my licenses and all DLC is still showing as installed. Items have not come back. 

I get a notification every time I log in, that one or more Build Items that I "don't own" have been removed.

I’m missing content all of the time. I tried reinstalling everything on to my PS5 but now I am not only missing content but a bunch of hairs are broken and now I am missing all of the log in event rewards.
