The hanging clothes items are called Sophisticated Suits Hanging Clothes, Professional Fashionista Hanging Clothes, Everyday Casual Hanging Clothes, and Hanging Clothes for Kids and are located under the Storage-> Dressers section in build mode. 

The shelves are labeled as Rounded Clothes-Hanging Shelf, and Acute Clothes-Hanging Shelf both located in Surface-> Displays area of build mode.
