Re: My DLC packs just disappeared but I still have them

Hi @AsherStone02,

I've split your post off into it's own thread. First, let's be sure you weren't game-sharing, and you're logging into the same account that you originally purchased all your content on. If you play on Xbox, please check your purchase history to verify that you're on the correct account that these packs were bought on. For PlayStation, check your transaction history to see if you're logging into the same account this content was purchased on. 

Once you've verified that you're logging into the correct account, please be sure all your packs are fully installed to your console following these steps-

For Xbox:

• Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
• Press the Menu button on the controller
• Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
• You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

For PlayStation:

• Restore the licenses on your console 
• Go to your Game Library 
• Scroll to Your Collection
• Select The Sims 4
• Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
• Select the DLC in this list and select Install
• When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
