@pchop92 Did you purchase the Sims 4 DLC with your account? Have you removed any accounts from your PS4 recently?
I have not. I had my Sims for over a year now, and I never had this problem. I haven't played it in several weeks and, when I did, this problem occurred.

@pchop92 Does your PS4 have a good internet connection? If your net drops a lot while you are playing that may prompt the notification.
You can check the internet connection by going to (Settings) > [Network] > [Test Internet Connection]. You can go to this webpage for more information about testing your PS4 internet connection.
You may also want to reboot your internet modem and router.
I checked it repeatedly and it is connected, and it works fine for all of the other devices. It doesn't say this for m other games...and I don't do anything online when it comes to sims 4

@pchop92 I found a couple connection troubleshooting threads.

You can also try going into your game, pressing the options button to bring up the game/pause menu. Go to Game Options, then scroll down to Other, and uncheck everything in Other except Online Feature Access (Which is required for Gallery). Or you can uncheck everything if you don't care about the gallery. Hit Apply and resume your game to see if that helps.
Edit: You can also try making sure your console is set as primary. This will allow you to play offline also.
(Settings) > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate]
Hello Poptart and thanks the feedback. I have tried unchecking everything you have mentioned in the options/others, but no cigar. However, unchecking those boxes did reduce the pop-up appearing on my screen.

@IISIREII Did you check to see if your console is set as primary.
(Settings) > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate]
No I don't have the account I am currently using set as primary. I will check on that ans see if that works.
