Re: Sims 4 Sims won't move can't do actions

I have a family of three sims, the male in my family will not do any actions I set. His needs keep going down and I’m trying to fulfil what he needs but the action won’t go to the bottom for him to actually do it. My other two sims are fine and doing everything normally. When I reset the game or even my PlayStation he will fulfill the last action I set but won’t do any more after that. He is going to die before I know it and it’s extremely frustrating!!

    Have you tried resetting him? Press L1, L2, R1, and R2 at the same time to bring up the cheat bar, then type in resetSim and the first and last name of the sim you want to reset and press enter.

    Yeah, sim reset usually works. Just go with "Resetsim Name Surname" without " and other additional signs. I have this problem too. By the way, the game consider a "resetSim" a command, not a cheat; so you will still be able to get achievements after using it.

    I'm having the same issue. My main adult man will not move, no matter what commands I give him. I've also tried resetting the game and hard restarting the PS4.

    For some reason, reset isn't working on my PS4. I type in resetSime <first name> <last name>, but the text won't input.

    If I can't fix this, I'm going to be very upset. This happened on my primary game and it is pretty much game breaking right now. Please help me out.

    I found that if you travel with another household member to another lot and back it works. I did this on mine and it worked ☺️

    Did you find an answer?  I'm about an hour into the game and this is now unplayable.  Within minutes my sim clears any action I give it.  

    All stats were green. Just stood there and is now mostly red. This has happened to all 3 different families I made. Brand new ps4.  Brand new sims 4.  Saving, exiting, coming back used to work. Not anymore. 

    Again, this is unplayable. Is EA support really as bad as I've heard?
