Yes, they check in and the vet I have hired takes care of them.  I am unable to do anything with the patient or the vet

@hwnprnssss  are you using a custom build or one from the library?

I custom built one.  I have all the required equipment 

@hwnprnssss  I've seen reports of this but it has to do with recoloring the podium. Can you try changing the swatch and see if it works?

I changed the color of the podium and also deleted and bought a new one.  Did not change anything. 

I just bought a new clinic, placed a pre built clinic , and I am able to interact with the equipment now. I'm still not sure what I did to mess up the last one 

@hwnprnssss  Do you notice any different with the lot you downloaded? Equipment, colors, layout, lot type or traits? Objects by the podium including counters? Maybe it can help you find the issue with your custom one. 

There was nothing different. It seemed like I was somehow building the original vet clinic without spending any money ? Im not sure how I managed that. 

I sold my original vet clinic and bought it back and I was able to interact with everything.
