@hellboyjoss your saves should upload to the cloud automatically if you have psplus,
I recently had to uninstall and reinstall and for good measure I went into the save files and overwrote the cloud ones with the ones on the hard drive as it saves there first. Then you have to redownload them from the cloud after you reinstall 🙂
I believe, with any game on playstation if you uninstall it keeps your saves file so if you don't have ps+ you should be fine 🙂
