While in CAS with this Sim, please open the filter panel and scroll down to the Content section- here be sure to check the Unlocked box, and any career unlocked items should be appearing for you. 

If you're still not seeing the career unlocked outfits here, please let me know which rank your Sim currently is in the Business career.
