If these steps don't help, could you also let me know if you've downloaded and saved quite a few lots, rooms or households from The Gallery into your Library? If so, let's try removing some of those saved items from your Library and try saving again.
Just started getting Save Error 0 on PS4 yesterday. Don't have a lot downloaded from the gallery.

I have recently begun having this issue appear. When I try to save it says “The game failed to save. Error Code: 0”. I have read through this thread and have completed all the steps advised but nothing has worked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted everything from my gallery, deleted the reserved space and restarted the game, got rid of my saves and tried to save again but the error message keeps appearing. This has only started occurring in the past week, I did not do anything different from the week before.
