All Content Downloaded from The Gallery Gone
When I loaded up my game today I found that all content originating from The Gallery had disappeared! Lots, Households, all gone. I'm also unable to see my content that should be saved in The Gallery...

I don't think it is both. It sounds like your issue is with the Tray folder in your Sims 4 folder. This stores all the files for the Lots/Rooms/Households in your in-game Library. The Gallery is only online.

I was syncing to cloud until recently (I turned it off as I was running out of space)... the timing would match with when I lost everything.
As far as I'm aware I moved everything to my mac book's local drives. Any idea how I can find/restore the Tray folder?
I've also been having issues with the online Gallery ages. Mostly of the stuff I favourite either never appears or doesn't stay in my Catalogue 🤷♀️
