Autosave or recover from build mode?

Is there really no autosave or recover option in Sims 4? I lost 2 hours of building a house because the game crashed, and placing the garden was such a chore that I'll probably just give up the proje...

    @Draumkvad Unfortunately, there is no way to recover lost progress from Build Mode. It sucks, I know. I still want to retrieve the house I lost from when my cat got on the computer and turned it off.
