Best Macbook for the Sims 4

I know macbooks aren’t the best for ts4, but that’s my only option since my family prefers apple. I’m just wondering because I’m going to be a college student which one would be the best for both work and the game itself. I have a little less than 10,000 cc/mods, and I’m currently playing on a 13-year-old MacBook Pro. What would be a better upgrade? Thanks!

Any of the ARM equipped Macs will run the game well, all depends on how much you want to spend. I have no idea what your CC and Mods do in-game. If they are really intensive then any computer, Mac or Windows, will struggle.

Thank you! Budget isn’t one of my

worries atm, but I was also thinking about the Lenovo ideapad 3i. Would that be better?

As for my mods and cc, I mostly use things like WW, the Royalty mod, and other gameplay altering stuff. I’m not sure how demanding those are though.. I also have quite a few packs and larger saves.

I'm not the person to ask about Windows machines, you'd be better off posting in the PC Sims 4 forum - https://answers.ea.com/t5/PC/bd-p/The-Sims-4

If you're managing to play on an old Mac, although it won't be 13 years old because they can't run the current version of the game, then any of the newer ones will be fine.
