Camera will not rotate properly using trackpad or mouse

If anyone can figure out this problem you'll literally save my life! So basically, I was playing TS4 with mods and while I was playing, I couldn't rotate my camera anymore? I tried different mouses...

Could you all please provide further information on your Macs from Apple > About This Mac? Exact model and macOS version please.

Do you play in windowed mode or fullscreen? Does it happen in both?

I've solved the problem by restart my mac and it can work proper now, thank you
