can't access online features like the gallery in sims 4 on Mac

hi im 18. I have sims 4 running with origin on a Mac. for some reason, I can't access the online features in the game. when I go to the "other" tab where the "go online" button should be, it just sho...

I have this problem too. If I don’t instal the legacy edition then my sims won’t run on the Mac. How does this work?
