Can't find Game/Bin folder on The Sims 4 Mac

I am using a mod that requires a file to be moved to the Bin folder. Multiple other posts say that I can find it in The Sims 4/Contents/Resources, but it's not there. Others say it's in the Origin Ga...

You're reading instructions for Windows users. Has the Mod creator not given Mac specific instructions? What is the Mod?

I have searched everywhere for the bin folder and cannot find it before you tell me not to look in the documents folder I already did that, I was looking for the bin folder in the applications folder where my sims 4 is located, I am on mac and I downloaded sims in EA.

  There is no bin folder in the Mac installation of Sims 4.
