Can't press play on sims 4 - mac
Hey, I cannot press play on sims 4 within origin access. I have already removed and re-downloaded, and cleared my cache.

Origin Access is only available for Windows. You will need to purchase the full game to play on a Mac.
I used origin to download the game. The game that I chose was the one that is compatible with Mac. When i click on sims 4 within my applications I get a pop up window that says `AVAILABLE FOR ORIGIN ACCESS MEMBERS ON WINDOWS ONLY`

Yes, but did you purchase the full Sims 4 base game in Origin? Or have you bought a subscription to Origin Access?Both
There's the problem. Did you choose to upgrade the game in Origin when you subscribed to Access? That's broken the ability to play. Try this:
- Right click on the Sims 4 in your games library and uninstall it. I you have saves etc. you want to keep move your Sims 4 folder to the desktop first.
- Run the Origin reset tool and trash the Origin App
- Redownload and install Origin
- Download Sims 4 and install
