Can't press play on sims 4 - mac
Hey, I cannot press play on sims 4 within origin access. I have already removed and re-downloaded, and cleared my cache.

There's the problem. Did you choose to upgrade the game in Origin when you subscribed to Access? That's broken the ability to play. Try this:
- Right click on the Sims 4 in your games library and uninstall it. I you have saves etc. you want to keep move your Sims 4 folder to the desktop first.
- Run the Origin reset tool and trash the Origin App
- Redownload and install Origin
- Download Sims 4 and install

And you're getting the same error message?
Do you need Origin Access? Do you also play on a PC? Cancelling your subscription may be the only choice you have as your Sims 4 has been upgraded for Access.@Bluebellflora I cancelled my subscription yesterday. I do no own a PC. When i click on sims 4 within my files i get AVAILABLE FOR ORIGIN ACCESS MEMBERS ON WINDOWS ONLY
