There's the problem. Did you choose to upgrade the game in Origin when you subscribed to Access? That's broken the ability to play. Try this:
- Right click on the Sims 4 in your games library and uninstall it. I you have saves etc. you want to keep move your Sims 4 folder to the desktop first.
- Run the Origin reset tool and trash the Origin App
- Redownload and install Origin
- Download Sims 4 and install

And you're getting the same error message?
Do you need Origin Access? Do you also play on a PC? Cancelling your subscription may be the only choice you have as your Sims 4 has been upgraded for Access.- Anonymous7 years ago
@Bluebellflora I cancelled my subscription yesterday. I do no own a PC. When i click on sims 4 within my files i get AVAILABLE FOR ORIGIN ACCESS MEMBERS ON WINDOWS ONLY

Then you are going to need to uninstall and reinstall the Sims 4. Right click on it in Origin and select uninstall if you can. If you can't then run the Origin reset tool again, trash Origin and trash the Sims 4 app in your Applications folder. Then download and install Origin again, making sure that your account is not showing as an Access account. Then download and install Sims 4 from your games library.
