CC Items Removed

I recently got a new MacBook, and my iCloud had saved all the EA files from previously playing Sims 4 on my old laptop.

I re-downloaded the Origin and Sims 4 applications, and when I launched to play, all of my sims and lots were still there, but most of the CC was missing.

I get a pop-up that says:

Items Removed

The items may not be installed on your computer or the EA Account that is currently logged in does not own these items.

So I'm assuming something went wrong with already having the EA files prior to downloading the game.. If not, please correct me, but what can I do to fix this?
