CC Tattoo Not Showing Up

I downloaded a cc tattoo set with 2 tattoos. One shows up and works, but the other isn't even an option in cas. I looked at it in Sims 4 Studio and it looks fine, but it's not an option under tattoos. I've downloaded it multiple times and it's still not working. How can I get it to show up?
