Cheat bar not opening

It could be for a few different reasons:
- Check your default modifier keys in System Preferences > Keyboard > Modifier Keys.
- Check the Input Source in System Preferences > Keyboard maybe it has been changed to a different language. You could also try adding another language to see if this resolves the issue.
- Check you don't have a 3rd party app installed that may have overriden the default behaviour of the CTRL key.
- Try repairing your game in Origin a couple of times.
