crashing

Hey my game literally just updated by itself and now when I try to open it, it shows the Sims four loading screen and then the plumbob starts loading and then it crashes the Sims four quit unexpectedly. And I tried to delete my mods folder and it's still doing that so that's how I know that it's not my mods it's the update please can you guys fix that.
