    This issue now seems to be fixed in the 1.68.154.1220 November 2020 patch.

    Thanks all for confirming it now seems to be fixed. If you start experiencing issues again please post 🙂

Sims 4 was working perfect until September 2020 update. I don't play with any mods. I have repaired the game. 

Build/Buy works, CAS works, as soon as I play live mode I get the rainbow wheel and it freezes.

        I play the normal version

        I use Malawarebytes 

        I have repaired the game twice

        I do not use any mods
