    This issue now seems to be fixed in the 1.68.154.1220 November 2020 patch.

iMac Pro 2017

I just repaired and tried again, its so odd, everything works fine except gameplay. Gameplay won't work at all

Thanks. Now you've clarified the exact model Mac you have I have merged your thread into this one. Since the September patch there have been severe issues with AMD Vega GPUs in 3 specific model Macs. There is no current fix.
