There’s been cases of fully unplayable games for months at a time for a large group of players? Interesting because I’ve never experienced such an issue.
Bugs and glitches yes, but not a completely unplayable product.
People are validly frustrated and more people should be expressing their issues to EA so they put pressure on people to actually fix it.
if I bought a car and it wasn’t working for 2 months, would that be acceptable? The least EA could do is allow us a way to roll back to the prior version of the game.
You are obviously more patient than some of us are, and that’s fine, but nothing will get fixed if we just sit around and do nothing.
Just my two cents!
Same here @aftksims
how many patches have we gotten before? How many patches have we gotten before that’s made more glitches than fixed glitches?.
We know what patches are, we are aware sims is known for bugs and glitches but a complete unworkable game is just ridiculous and to think that because we were told a month ago they were looking into it, that makes it’s okay? What are they looking at?!?! still nothing has been said beyond that!
I’ll get that other information and post it on here when I get home but with all due respect, I should not still be sitting here looking into why my professional computer can’t play a game that has beyond its requirements.

Which OS are you running? @aftksims is running Big Sur which isn't supported anyway as it is in beta.
You don't have to provide the specs if it's that much of a hardship for you. I just know that this info should be hugely helpful to QA. - 6 years ago
