[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 crashing since November 2020 update, NOT CC/Mod related

Yup.
Definitely something to do with the November update.

I don't use any CC or MODS and had no trouble at all until the update.

Now the game CONSTANTLY crashes or freezes or glitches.

Also when I first opened a household after the update it told me multiple things were not part of the games I owned and 8 items had been deleted.
Even when I took my dog to the vet which is the untouched original building that came with Cats & Dogs it said the same thing that certain items had been removed because they weren't part of packs I owned. 

The longest I've played is 10 minutes before it crashes but most of the time after 2/3 minutes it crashes and comes up with a report.

I have a mac.
