Hi, sorry for annoying you, I need some help with this same problem. I use Mac and I have tried your solution but it seems not work in Mac. 😢

I've had the same issue when I updated my game. The only thing that made it work normal again was to set the language to English in my Origin account, after changing it things went back to normal. 

Hope it works for you as well.
