Cursor won't click on anything until below intended item

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Island Living, Get Together, Cottage Living, Discover University, High School Years, Growing Together, Dine Out, Dream Home Decorator, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Laundry Day Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game and use the mouse to click anything on the screen
What happens when the bug occurs? The mouse will be over whatever I want to click on and it wont work until i lower the mouse just a little but when trying to click on different sims or different tabs on the bottom row it wont click at all because the mouse won't go low enough. Can't really play if I can't switch sims or to different things like inventory or career panels.
What do you expect to see? Before the update on 4/18/23 I never had this issue and could click everything just fine.

I can click on things if the mouse is almost directly below them, it's really just the bottom row I have trouble with.
