Custom Content downloading as a photo document, can anybody help?

Hey so I've had the problem for a while, but I can't use my cc i download because it downloads as a photo document, does anybody know how to fix this? Thank you!

    I've tried to open it up by double clicking it, which leads me to photos, but nothing shows. Also, I'm not sure how to how to make photo as the default app.

    Why are you trying to open it? The game will load CC it IF it is in the right location and compatible.

    I can't see anything useful in the screenshot, the resolution is way too low. Please could you click on a piece of CC once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of the file here.

    this is the info on the cc: Macintosh HD/Users/Sasha/iCloud Drive (Archive)/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

    and this is the info on the folder: Macintosh HD/Users/Sasha/iCloud Drive (Archive)/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4

    Your Sims 4 folder should be directly in your Documents > Electronic Arts folder. At the moment you have it in an iCloud Drive archive. That is why the content is not correctly loading.

    oh okay, by any chance do you know how to take it out of there?
