Do I need legacy edition on my Mac Pro?

I have a Mac Pro (mid 2014) and Origin still says I need to use Legacy Edition when I haven't needed to before - i am a bit worried as I just bought Snowy Escape before loading up my game so :') 

My laptop details are this:

Processor - 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 (apparently this is a 64-bit)

Memory - 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics - Intel Iris 1536 MB

Please let me know what I can do - is there a setting in Origin/in the game I can change to sort this out?

Oof if I have to buy a brand new laptop haha.
