Downloaded houses are not showing up

So I downloaded some houses from ModTheSims & TSR, I unzipped all the files and placed them in the tray folders. I also made sure there were only 0x000.. files in the tray folder. I clicked 'Include Custom Content' in the library, yet nothing works. I tried to delete the tray folder, so that a new tray folder would show up, that didn't work. Please, I need help..

I have the Sims 4 Origin for Mac.
