@Bluebellflora No CC is causing pop up, it's just that ever since I started downloading more content a week ago, they would automatically go to the downloads folder, usually something would pop up and show me the file, and allow me to choose right away where I would like to place the file. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that. I didn't want to cause you any trouble, but thank you for your help. by the way, I haven't opened any malicious ads. 🙂

You haven't caused me any trouble 🙂 Are you running any apps that claim to clean your Mac of unwanted files and speed it up? Or newly installed antivirus?

- 6 years ago@Bluebellflora Sorry for the late reply, but I use Clean My Mac X, but this was happening before I downloaded it.

Ok. Those programmes are garbage and can do more harm than good as they can remove core files which destabilise your Mac.
If you get the pop up again could you please screenshot it and upload the picture here? Otherwise, you just need to manually move the downloaded content from your Downloads folder to the Mods folder. - 6 years ago@Bluebellflora Thank you so much for trying to help, I deleted Origin and anything to do with it, and now I will try to reinstall everything, to see if there is a difference.
