EA app not loading properly

Hi, I've had an issue with my app for months now where I can't browse any unowned games (all I am able to see on my app is the Sims 4 + packs I own & ones I don't). As can be seen in the picture my only options are Home (which only shows Sims related things) and library (which shows only the Sims 4 as that's all I own. 

Anyone know how I can fix this? I've tried logging out and back in, deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache (both via help and directly from my ea/sims folder on mt laptop) and nothing has worked so far.

Any help would be appreciated!
