Endless Loading Screen

I'm a Mac user who doesn't use any mods or CC, and who recently had to change from Origin to the EA App. Ever since then every time I play Sims I get stuck in the endless loading screen when I travel...

    @BougieBria

    Your saves and other user data is in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and not affected when you uninstall but you should always make sure you have a backup.
