Error downloading the sims 4 , ERROR 65545:0

Hi i have a problem when download the sims 4

i already download until 97% then its stop and show something like “ an enexpected error has occured, please try again in a few moments. Error 65545:0

help me please

Can you run the Origin reset tool then try again.
